Source Refrigeration & HVAC is the largest expert service provider with over 1000 employees and 30 branch locations. Source is an expert in the design, installation, and management of mission critical refrigeration and HVAC systems. We specialize in optimizing system performance while reducing the use of energy and impact on the environment. We focus our expertise on these systems because they drive nearly half of the energy use and significantly contribute to the carbon footprint for many of our customers. We are vendor neutral, which means we have experience installing and managing virtually all manufacturers’ products. We have the expertise to work with customers at any stage, including new store designs, remodels, and refrigeration changes or to optimize and sustain the performance of existing stores.

We believe that the better prepared our technical teams are, the better able we will be to service our customers. For that reason, we developed the Technical Learning Center in Chino, CA to provide classroom and hands-on training in refrigeration system fundamentals, installation, start up, and advanced energy systems management. 

We have developed our own certification programs to advance our employees to better serve our customers. With each Tek-Skills level comes a higher level of expertise. Given the complexity of refrigeration systems, we also have the expertise to project manage their installation.

Source started on the West Coast and we have 30 branches in 11 states.
