Integrated Installation
Refrigeration systems are particularly complex. In a typical supermarket, 44% of the store’s revenues come from fresh and frozen perishable items. Refrigeration systems are made up of multiple components, some visible throughout the store, others function behind the scenes. The refrigeration system is also integrated into a larger controls system to monitor and support optimal performance.
Due to the complex nature of these systems, many supermarkets devote special teams to plan and build new stores or remodel existing stores. Often, one of their goals is to build a store with the “lowest first cost” possible. When the store opens, they pass the maintenance responsibility to another team.
We have learned through our experience of installing and servicing stores that the “lowest first cost” rarely translates into “lowest total cost of operation.” Our goal is to help you manage the initial cost as carefully as possible, but never at the expense of creating later problems or costs that are avoidable.
At Source, our installation expertise enables stores to run effectively and efficiently from the start and for years to come. Our installation teams have access to expertise from design, to energy control systems, and all points in between for every vendor’s equipment.
We integrate our experience into the work we do every day. We install the systems with the “end in mind” as we hope to continue to partner with you to manage your refrigeration & HVAC systems for years to come.
